cricket. We compete in the Adelaide Turf Cricket
Association – the second best cricket competition
in Adelaide. We primarily focus on most of the
sports i.e. Badminton, and tennis

ABOUT BLUE BRIGADE

Blue Brigade Sports Club is established in 2018. This club is started by bunch of cricket enthusiasts who
follow cricket as a religion and mostly hailing from subcontinent. Even though we are young among
the cricket clubs across Adelaide, the committee members coming from different walks of life have
experience in running club activities and organisations for many years.

The vision of the Blue Brigade Sports Club is to promote the cricket and provide equal opportunities
to players migrated from different countries. Blue Brigade Sports Club is chosen by many students
coming from sub continents to enhance their love for cricket and experience the cricket in good
playing conditions. This Sports club not only promotes cricket but also other sports like Badminton,
tennis etc.

The Blue Brigade Sports club also organises the fitness activities like Mt Lofty trekking, Walk on the
beach etc for both members and non-members of the club. We are actively encouraging all the
family members associated with the club to particpate in the club social activities.

Blue brigades executive committee is also comprised of members who strongly support Adelaide
strikers as a "Blue crew" group. The goal for the club is to promote cricket and to help the players
coming from different countries to settle down and experience the true mateship of Australia.

The club has plans to induct more cricket teams in different grades of Adelaide Turf Cricket
Association Competitions. We also envisage for a future cricketer coming from our club playing in the
highest pinnacle in Australian Cricket. We also have plans to promote Women's and junior cricket in
the future.

Our Club is proudly supported by My Loanz, Taxnote, Oporto, Red rooster, Cafe Primo and Dominos
franchises, without their valuable support we have not achieved where we are at the moment.

You don’t have to be an outstanding player to play a important role in our club. Our non- playing members are extremely
important to us for their financial and moral support and for their interest and commitment. You may not be in a position to
volunteer but you may like to join or renew your membership.
