Be the Spark! Join our passionate team and help us to achieve great things in our
community!
Greet members with a warm and welcoming approach and assist them with the
intake process; provide translation/interpretation when needed.
Answer telephone inquiries and direct incoming calls appropriately.
Provide members with an orientation to all services available at the Centre.
Perform data retrieval, ensure the data is complete and accurate; provide
support in program statistical reports.
Assist in verifying eligibility for language assessment and identify client needs.
Manage appointment schedule and communicate client arrivals with language
assessment team.

Perform various administrative support duties such as keeping inventory of
office supplies; mail, fax, and photocopy as required.
Provide support to volunteer development.
Perform other duties as assigned
