B. Presentation

1. Activity

2. Analysis

• Use chart paper to list the tools and their uses.
• Ask guiding questions such as:

 How do you think it is used?
 Why is this tool important in sewing?

3. Abstraction/ Generalization:

 Create a concept map on the board with the students' help, categorizing tools
based on their function (e.g., cutting, measuring, marking, pressing).

 Ask guiding questions to help students understand the broader categories and
how tools fit within these categories.

4. Application.

 Distribute sample fabrics and sewing kits to each student.

 Guide the students in practicing basic sewing tasks, such as threading a needle,
cutting fabric, and using fabric markers.
 If available, demonstrate the use of a sewing machine and allow students to try
simple stitches under supervision.
