 Client: Prudential Financials


o Providing best practice guidance and functional configuration support for Workday Benefits, Leave & Absence and Payroll
to end clients of Prudential
o Providing benefits configuration consultation – plans, rates, eligibility groups and also creating and updating client
documentation detailing the implementation of our solutions within Workday
o Supporting Prudential to implement and consult end clients on Group Insurance Benefits like voluntary, life, disbility and
other types of group benefits plans
o Supporting the below Workday API connections (built using RAAS) which allow Prudential's admin systems to talk directly
to Workday instance in near real-time as events occur instead of through a traditional file feed reducing manual efforts
and improving the experience
1. Leave Status - Streamlined leave requests and approvals are updated on the employees' Workday calendar and
Workday History modules in real time via API, eliminating the need for manual intervention. This process supports
Federal/State and Company Leaves and Short-Term Disability.
2. EOI Process - EOI decisions are updated in Workday in real time; no more sending and receiving files.
3. Billing – Elimination of monthly preparation of premium support and reconciliation efforts for employers. This
solution rolls up premium to a self-bill process and premium tolerances greatly reduce individual level
reconciliations to provide accurate premium calculations.
o Providing consultation to develop new capabilities to drive additional value to the product in the Benefits and Leave
experiences and consultation to ensure that designed integrations are interoperable with Workday functional best
practices.
Past Assignments:

 Sedgwick - Workday LOA implementation:


Client - HorizonBCBS
Brief - Sedgwick will be the Leave of Absence system for Horizon. Implemented Leave of Absence types in Workday and
developed end-to-end studio integration to consume a daily data feed from the Sedgwick system.

 Medicaid Fraud Division (MFD) Exclusion Review Process:


Client - HorizonBCBS
Brief - Implemented an automated process using studio integration. The main objective of this program is to process the file
which has a list of employee details downloaded from the New Jersey Debarment site. The list will be compared with all
employees’ (Active and Paid Leave Horizon employees) names, DOB, Address etc in Workday. If the employee match is found
will be written to the outbound file.

 Workday TMF PECI implementation for The Netherlands:


Client - Catawiki
Brief – Implemented TMF Global Payroll Connector for the Netherlands location for Catawiki. Managed and supported the
complete life cycle from discovery calls, development, scenario testing, cut-over plans, go-live and post go-live support from
the Workday end.

 Workday iiPAY PECI implementation for Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy:
Client - Catawiki
Brief - Implemented Workday to iiPay PECI integrations for several countries. Involved in requirement call, discovery sessions,
development, supported client in scenario testing, prepared cut-over plans and go-live migration process and post go-live
hyper-care support from Workday end.

 Workday – Metlife Benefits implementation:


Client – HorizonBCBS
Brief – Developed and supported an outbound EIB with custom XSLT transformation to send Worker demographic data to the
Metlife system via SFTP.

 Work From Home Status implementation:


Client – HorizonBCBS
Brief – Implemented a custom object to update workers’ work-from-home statuses in Workday. Activated and configured the
worker’s additional data business process and security to implement the process. Updated and validated the integrations to
accommodate new WFH status in the interface and coordinated with vendors to test.

Client – American International Group
Brief – AIG is changing its Leave of Absence system to UNUM. Implemented new LOA types, an inbound studio integration to
consume daily feed, and EIB outbound to send demographic data to the UNUM system.

 NA Payroll implementation (vendors: Payflex, Cartus, Mercer, Alight)


Client - American International Group
Brief – I was part of the integration development team, and built several inbound studio integrations to consume weekly, bi-
weekly and monthly files into Workday’s Payroll results sent by vendors. Payflex was the pre-tax account and medical vendor,
Cartus was the corporate relocation vendor, Mercer was the pension management system and Alight was for 401K.

 Mass load of Worker Documents:


Client - American International Group
Brief – Developed a generic studio integration to mass-load Worker Documents in Worker’s profile. History documents like
payslips, W2, W4, P11D, etc can be loaded using this solution.

 Salesforce – Workday Ticket Automation:


Client – NA
Brief – Created an end-to-end solution to automate HR tickets between SFDC and Workday
 File Archival and Deletion integration:
Brief – Developed a post-processor studio solution to bridge the gap of archiving or deleting files for any inbound integration.
