- Manage the team to complete lab’s work and r e p o r t w i t h i n the agreed period.
- Resolve all the problems that happen in the team
- Participate in handling customer’s feedback and complaints
- Investigate and propose measures to fix and prevent errors (Do CAPA - Corrective Action and Preventive Action),
monitor the implementation of measures.
- Participated in preparing documents for the laboratory internal ISO Audit process
- Control and verify the quality of the data before reporting to client,
- Communicate with the client if they have any query about company data
