We are pleased to inform you that the Amarilyo Crest Clubhouse shall be opened for reservations beginning
March 28 ,2022.

Please be guided by the following:

1. The Amarilyo Crest Clubhouse may be reserved for private events by homeowners of Amarilyo Crest,
Amarilyo Crest Residences, Anila Park, Anila Park Townhomes, Anila Park Residences, Forest Farms,
The Grove and The Peak.

2. Homeowners of the said subdivisions may endorse guests to reserve the Amarilyo Crest Clubhouse.

3. Weekend schedules are exclusively for homeowners; endorsed guests shall not be allowed.

4. For reservations:
4.1. Reservations shall be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event.
4.2. The Reservation Form for the use of the Clubhouse may be requested and submitted through
email. The reservation shall become valid when:
 Filled out Reservation Form is approved by the Property Management Office
 Reservation Fee is settled
 Security bond is settled
4.3. All payments shall be made only at the Property Management Office.

5. Depending on the IATF Alert Level in place, all users of the Clubhouse may be required to present
their vaccination cards or medical certificate.

ANNEX A
AMENDED HOUSE RULES

CLUBHOUSE

1. Operating hours 8:00AM – 10:00PM daily including holidays


Daytime: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Nighttime: 5:00 PM – 10:00PM

2. Usage

2.1. Clubhouse reservations shall be limited to one (1) event per day.
2.2. Only homeowners and/or their endorsed guests can reserve and use the Clubhouse for an
event.
2.3. The maximum allowed capacity of the Clubhouse is limited to Fifty (50) persons only.
2.4. The Clubhouse can only be used only with an approved prior reservation with the Property
Management Office (PMO).
2.5. A minimum of four (4) hours use / rental is required with the following rental fee/s:

2.6. Maximum ingress and set-up time shall be three (3) hours before the event time. Clean- up and
egress time shall be two (2) hours after the event. Additional hourly rentals rates will be
charged in excess.
2.7. A security bond amounting to Php 10,000.00 shall be required for the use of the Clubhouse, to
cover possible damages and other incidental costs.

 Damages incurred during the event will be deducted from the security bond
 Cost of repair of the damages in excess of the security bond shall be assessed to the
host Homeowner, tenant and/or resident.
 Once determined that there are no damages, said amount will be refunded within thirty
(30) working days.

2.8. The host shall be responsible for the setup of the Clubhouse to suit their needs and the clearing
of the area after its use. Installation of banners, tarpaulins and any other materials on the walls
and ceilings shall be discouraged to avoid damages on the paint and walls. Any equipment,
machine, tool and/or implement which will be requiring electric power shall be assisted by the
Clubhouse attendant.
2.9. All rooms in the Clubhouse shall be locked at all times when not in use.

3. Payment and Reservation Procedure

3.1. Payment shall be secured at the PMO office.


3.2. Reservations shall be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date.
3.3. Weekends schedules are prioritized to the use of homeowners.
3.4. The Reservation Form for the use of the Clubhouse are can be requested through email. The
reservation shall become valid when:
 Filled out Reservation Form is approved by the PMO
 Reservation Fee is settled
 Security bond is settled

3.5. Should there be any cancellation, the Reservation Fee shall be refunded as follows:
 75 % of the reservation fee shall be refunded if cancellation is made 7-9 days prior to the
event.
 50 % of the reservation fee shall be refunded if cancellation is made 4-6 days prior to the
event.
 No refund shall be given if cancellation is made 3 days prior to the event.

4. Rules

4.1. The Clubhouse shall not be used for events and campaigns that may cause noise disturbance to
nearby residents.
4.2. Bringing in and use of additional equipment and devices such as electric fan, evaporative fan,
sound system, videoke, amplifiers, lightings, projectors, etc. shall be subject to additional fees
and shall be cleared with PMO if within allowable load limit.
4.3. The sound system that may be allowed by the PMO shall be set at level that will not cause
inconvenience to nearby residents.
4.4. Activity areas shall be limited only to the reserved amenity area. Event guests shall not be
allowed to roam around other parts of the common areas.
4.5. Catering crew shall be in proper attire while inside the premises.
4.6. Cooking shall be strictly prohibited. Only chafing dishes shall be allowed for heating.
4.7. The use of firecrackers and other explosive devices shall be strictly prohibited.
4.8. The security guard on duty shall have the right to check if the crew is bringing in the approved
event paraphernalia and/or catering equipment.
4.9. Fire safety must be practiced at all times.
4.10. Political events and funeral wakes shall not be allowed.

SWIMMING POOL

1. Operating Hours

1.1. The operating hours of the swimming pools shall be from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Tuesdays to
Sundays.
1.2. The Swimming Pools shall be closed on Mondays for thorough cleaning of the area.
1.3. During an event at the Clubhouse, the swimming pool shall be closed.

2. Usage
2.1. The swimming pool may not be reserved for private function unless reserved with clubhouse
usage.
2.2. For non-event usage, use of swimming pool is exclusive to one (1) household at a time and is
limited to ten (10) people only, for maximum of three (3) hours use.
2.3. Homeowners and guests may only use the swimming pool upon securing pool stubs at the PMO.
One (1) pool stub shall be issued for each paying user.
2.4. Guests may be allowed to use the swimming pools provided that they are accompanied by an
endorsing Homeowner. Guests shall be charged with a fee that is higher than the Homeowner’s
rate.

2.5. The pool stub shall be presented to the pool attendant/guard for registration prior to the use of
the pool.
2.6. Homeowners and/or residents shall be responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests.

3. Rules
3.1. Proper swimming attire shall be required in the pool. All users shall wear clothing designed as
swim wear. No cut-off clothing shall be permitted in the pool.
 Allowed swimming attire for female swimmers are: swimsuits, wetsuits and cycling shorts
 Allowed swimming attire for male swimmers are: swimming trunks, board shorts and
wetsuits
 Children shall not be allowed to swim wearing disposable and/or cloth diapers
3.2. All swimmers shall take a shower first before swimming.
3.3. The shower room shall be for exclusive use of Swimming Pool users only.
3.4. Persons that have a contagious disease, open wound, cold sores, inflamed eyes, or wearing
bandages will not be allowed in the pool.
3.5. Rough play, playing of water sports and running along the pool deck shall be strictly prohibited.
3.6. Expectorating or blowing of the nose, spitting and urinating in the pool shall be strictly
prohibited.
3.7. Horseplay and any form of rowdy behavior, as well as acts that will likely endanger, obstruct,
annoy or inconvenience another person in the swimming pool and swimming pool area shall be
prohibited.
3.8. Children under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3.9. Parents/Guardians/Nannies/Caregivers shall accompany and supervise their children while in
the pool / pool area and remain with them for the duration of their use of the pool.
3.10. Crowding the swimming pool with pool inflatables, toys and the like is prohibited.
3.11. Pool users shall be responsible for removing floatation devices and toys from the pool prior to
leaving the pool area.
3.12. Eating and drinking are only allowed at the Gazebo area. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed.
3.13. Glass objects shall not be allowed in the pool or anywhere in the pool deck area.
3.14. When leaving the pool area, pool users must dry themselves and wear appropriate dry clothes.
3.15. No person shall be allowed to bring and operate devices or any other equipment to play
audible music around the swimming pool area.
3.16. The swimming pool shall not be manned by a lifeguard. Users are advised to take all necessary
safety precautions. The Developer, the PMO and/or the HOA, when constituted shall not be
liable for any untoward incident, accident or injury that may arise from the use of the
swimming pool.
