The BOQ price quoted by Service provider and accepted by RPP are fixed and firm price till the completion of
Work.
The contract Price is deemed to be full and complete compensation for Service provier's performance.
Service provider's obligations hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of the work. Description of
work and materials are not necessarily complete in the schedule of Prices and therefore reference should be made
to general conditions of the contract, scope of works, general technical requirements, technical specifications,
technical schedules and drawings for this information. The completed prices shall truly reflect the value of
item/works required.
The contract price shall be fully inclusive of, but not limited to following:
1. (a) Price
A. Mobilization, demobilization, supervision and project management services, all labour and their salaries,
accommodation along with
domestic water and toilet facilities , travel, holiday, medical, messing and safety clothing/equipment
B. Cost towards permits, procurement services, inspection, expediting supply of all required consumable materials,
equipment, plant tools.
and tackles, scaffoldings, consumables for Erection work.
C. All insurance premium, administration expenses along with costs towards office(s) and office equipments, safety
course attendance,
overheads and profits and any other costs and charges not specifically detailed.
1. (b) Offer Validity The Provided Offer is valid for 90 days from the date of submission to RPP. N/A

Guarantee
Payment 90 % payment within 30 days from submission of invoice with monthly measurement sheet duly certified by
