RULES AND REGULATIONS:

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
 ONLINE Registration will be mandatory.
 Inauguration function begins at 9.00 AM
 Each participant should bring their college ID.
 All participants shall maintain decorum.
 Judge’s decision will be final.
 Lunch will be provided for all participants.
 Participant’s certificate will be issued during the valedictory function.
 Registration fee of Rs.200 per participant.
 One student can participate in one event only.
 Formal dress code is mandatory.
 Kindly send your registration form on before March 27,2023.
 The college which are participated in the maximum number of events will be eligible for
overall Trophy.

 Participants should come in a professional dress code.
 Rules and details of round shall be disclosed on the spot.

BUSINESS PLAN: (PRESENTELLA)
 Only 2 members per team.
 Candidates should bring your gadgets (pendrive)
 Presentation time will be allowed in 5 minutes.
 Team should bring soft copy & hard copy while attending competition.
 Your business plan should contain following CONTENTS – problem, solution, Business
model, Target customers, promotion, competitive advantage, funding required.
 Judge’s decisions are final.
AD-ZAP: (BRANDALISM)
 Minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 participants per team per college.
 The teams could select their own themes for the event.
 Presentation time per team will be maximum 5 minutes.
 Participants should make their own arrangements for chart, pen, pencil, sketch etc.
 Mockery will not be allowed and if done the team will be disqualified.
CORPORATE WALKHOLICS: (CORPORATE WALK)
 Only 6 members per team.
 Only formal outfits will be considered while evaluating the score.
 Participants should submit pen drive with music for their walk with registration.
 Judge’s decisions are final.
MIME: (ART OF ACTION)
 Maximum of 7 participants per team.
 The teams could select their own themes for the event.
 Background music without lyrics Pen driveare allowed.
 Presentation time per team will be 6 minutes.
 Teams should not use any objects / tools while performing.
 Judge’s decisions are final.
DANCE: (TWIRL THE STAGE)
 Minimum 5 and Maximum of 8 participants per teams.
 Presentation time per team will be 5 minutes.
 Vulgarism, double meaning dialogues should be strictly prohibited.
 Selection of the songs and dressing must be modest.
 Judge’s decisions are final.
SURPRISE EVENT: (MAGICAL SPOT)
 4 members per team.
 Rules and details of event shall be disclosed on the spot.
 Participants should complete the game within time duration.
 Judge’s decisions will be final.
BUSINESS QUIZ: (WISE QUACKS)
 2 Participants per team.
 Corporate relate information will be asked ie-Logos, captions, abbreviations etc.
 Usage of gadgets is strictly prohibited. (Cell phones, Tab, Smart Watches, etc.)
MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY: (SHUTTER BUG)
 1 Participants per team.
 Time limit 60 Minutes
 Criteria for judgement – clarity, innovation and relevance with the caption.
 The participants must bring their own properties.
 The photo must have taken with Watermark (Date and Time).
 Photo should be taken only inside the college campus.
 The topic will be given on the spot.
 No more post processing.
