A Structured Approach
The GRC Professional (Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional) Certification applies to
developing executives and aspiring leaders. It ensures that an individual has the core
understanding of GRC processes and capabilities, and the skills to integrate governance,
performance management, risk management, internal control, and compliance activities.
The GRC Professional Certification gives assurance
that the Risk Professional has core knowledge, skills
and understanding of managing and advising on
risk, internal controls, key compliance matters and
functions compliance, and how these must be
integrated for effective and appropriate
governance.

Program Description

How to get certified?


The GRCP Workshop is the first step in the certification process. Attendees shall pursue
the GRCP Certification, which requires:
Being an All-Access Pass (AAP) Member of OCEG
The All-Access Pass provides access to the online exam.
Preparing for the GRCP Exam
The GRCP Workshop helps attendees prepare for the exam to get certified by OCEG.
Taking the Exam and Passing It
Attendees can access the online exam anywhere and anytime. They are able to
retake the exam six times per year to pass it. The exam is "open book" which means
that they may use resources while taking the exam.
The GRC Professional (GRCP) certification demonstrates that you can apply GRC. The
exam covers awareness and application of concepts found in the GRC Capability Model.
