numerous challenges that hinder its ability to provide quality education for all. This research
study aims to identify and analyze the key problems in the Philippine educational system and
propose potential solutions. Through an extensive review of existing literature, analysis of
government reports, and consultations with education experts, this study sheds light on the
pressing issues and offers actionable recommendations to address these challenges. By
addressing these problems and implementing the proposed solutions, the Philippine educational
system can work towards ensuring equitable access to quality education, promoting inclusive
