Ref, noted above, we like to state that

(i) That Sir, up till now, we have not received any reply from your end.

(ii) That Sir, From 01/02/2023. Our rent will be Rs.15/- (fifteen) P.s/qft exclusive of
GST and other taxes . At per prevailing Terms & condition with you.

(iii) That Sir, If new condition will be added than rate will be different.

(iv) That Sir, If your honour is not agreed to our terms & condition & Rates, Than
please vacate the Godown within 2 (two months) time & Intimate your decession at
the earliest.
