clearance between the both rotors is set to a required
value by loosing the shrinking between one of the timing
gears (10) and the rotor (2) fixing the one of the timing
gears while the other of the timing gears is being
restricted; and intermittently applying torques to the
rotor fixing the one of the timing gears through a servo
motor (24).
According to the present invention, it is possible to
obtain a screw compressor in which the very small
clearance between the rotors can be set to a required
value in a short time, and which is high in the reliability
of symmetrizing adjustment and high in the compress-
ing performance.
