Dear Mrs. Atholphine Oreil,


With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are
pleased to offer you post of "TALLY ACCOUNTANT " at Puducherry Branch, Puducherry
as per the terms and condition discussed and agreed during the course of the interview.
You will be paid CTC of Rs. 258000/- per annum.

You are initially appointed to work in Puducherry Branch, Puducherry. However, you are
likely to be transferred to any department or establishment of the company or to
associates subsidiary operations, anywhere in India, temporarily or permanently.

Kindly send us your acceptance along with the tentative date of joining. On acceptance of
the above offer, you are advised to report to Mr. Sunil Kumar M - Regional Manager at
our office, Puducherry Branch, Puducherry at the earliest as this offer will be valid
onlyfor 30 days from the date of Issue.

Also, find enclosed herewith the Joining Report which has to be submitted at your
reporting branch / Office at the time of joining along with necessary documents.
However, if there is a discrepancy in the copies of documents or certificates given by you
as a proof of above, we retain the right to cancel the offer.

Your appointment shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

I. Working Hours

Your working hours will be 9.30 am to 6:30 pm as per the current company policy. The
Company observes a 6 day work per week.

II. Probation Period

You will be on probation for a period of Six months from the date of your appointment. On
satisfactory completion of the probation period, you will be confirmed in service. If not
confirmed after six months, this order will continue to be in operation, and the probation
period will stand extended automatically till further notice.

III. Leave

You will be governed by the current Leave Policy of the company for permanent employees.
You are entitled to a casual leave of 12 days per year and 4 working days of sick leaves per
year. The company shall notify a list of declared holidays in the beginning of each year.

IV. Notice Period

On confirmation, this appointment may be terminated by either side by giving one months’
notice or one month’s salary in lieu of notice period. The Company will have the option to
accept your resignation either with immediate effect and pay you three months’ salary in
lieu of notice period or accept it effective any day up to the end of the notice period and
pay you salary for the remaining period from the acceptance of resignation till the end of
the notice period.

V. Confidential Information

You will not, at any time, without the consent of the Company disclose or divulge or make
public except under legal obligation, any information regarding Company’s affairs of
administration or research carried out, whether the same may be confided to you or
become known to you, in the course of your service or otherwise. It will be your personal
responsibility to discharge all obligations arising out of any contract or bond with previous
employers.

The above terms and conditions are based on Company Policy, Procedures and other Rules
and Regulations currently applicable to the Company’s employees and are subject to
amendments and adjustments from time to time.
