Goal:
Your task is to create a floor plan for the dream bungalow house of your client’s
family that consists of 5 members and will be built in a flatland located in a rural but
accessible location.
Role:
You are an architect in a construction firm that is chosen to draw the floor plan for
the client’s dream bungalow house with accordance to the preference of the client.
Audience:
The audiences are the clients, engineers, and other architects who will take part in
the construction process of the project.
Situation:
You have been asked to create a floor plan that will satisfy the clients'
preferences. The client wants to build a bungalow house for her family, which consists of
five members. The bungalow house will be built on a lot that measures 40m by 25m
and is located on flat land. The total floor area of the house should be 672 𝑚2 . The floor
plan should have accurate measurements of the sides and angles, and its dimensions
should be based on the scale factor to represent its actual measurement. The rooms and
areas should have labels. Lastly, your floor plan should be creative, safe, and comfortable.
Performance/Product:
You need to draw a floor plan that consists of different polygons with the
measurements of
its side and angles and also the labels of the rooms and areas.
1. You will be scheduling a meeting with the clients to discuss their needs and desires
for a bungalow house.

Creativity – 10pts
Accuracy– 15pts
