RE: REQUEST FOR BOND AND BAIL TERMS REVIEW TO A CASH BAIL IN
CR CASE NO.E019 OF 2024 REP VS MALUSI MUTEMI ALIAS MAILU
(ZOMBE CASE)

That I am the accused in the above case which I was granted bond
of kshs 100,000/- without cash bail
That I request for review of bond and bail terms to be granted
lenient cash bail of kshs 30,000/- which I can afford to pay.
That I cannot afford bond of surety but I can afford cash bail which
I plead with this court to grant me so that I can pay.
That I have a family which depends on me and they are suffering
while am in custody and not documents to bail me out but I can
afford cash bail which I can pay after I be allowed to pay.
That I will be grateful if my request is granted and bond and bail
terms are reviewed to a lenient cash bail which I can afford
