Kindly Note the following:
1. Attendance of students during periodic examination is compulsory. No retest will be conducted
for the same.
2. Study Leave Dates: 5th , 7th and 12th June 2023.

3. Normal Working Day : 14th June 2023 onwards regular class timetable will be followed.
4. Students must be in proper school uniform. Sports uniform is not permitted. There will be
negative marking for uniform defaulters.
5. Though, we have organized revision classes for the next paper after a break of 20 minutes, the
parents, who are willing to pick up their children (Private / school bus commuters) after the
exam may do so between 11:30 a.m and 12:00 noon with prior Almanac note addressed to the
Home Room Teacher. After the revision classes begins at 12:00 noon, we will not be able to
allow any private pick up. However, the school buses for regular school bus commuters will
ply at normal school timing.
