KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN GENERAL ASSEMBLY

I. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE

SECTION. 4. Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK). – (a) There shall be in every barangay a

KK to be composed of all citizens of the Philippines residing in the barangay for at
least six (6) months, who are fifteen (15) but not more than thirty (30) years of age,
and who are duly registered in the list of voters of the Commission on Elections
(COMELEC) and/or based on the list of members of the KK under the custody of
the secretary of the SK.

II. OBJECTIVES

This Activity Aims To Gather Katipunan Ng Kabataan Members To Discuss Issues

And Concerns Of The Youth In The Barangay, Present The Accomplishment Report
Of The Sangguniang Kabataan And To Prepare Data For The Formulation Of
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Investment Plan, Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Plan And Annual Budget.

III. TARGET PARTICIPANTS

Katipunan Ng Kabataan Members 15 To 30 Years Old, Sangguniang Kabataan
