account, you will launch an “Activate Your
Account” window.

1. You will need to set a password for your

new S-user account in the ‘Activate Your
Account’ window. This password will be
used as your login password for the SAP

1. To access the Learning Hub content,

you just need to click the ‘Browse

2. You may get a ‘SSO Redirect

Landing Page’ pop-up. If you do
simply choose ‘Click on continue to
proceed to the SAP Learning
Platform’ and ‘Continue’ to
immediately access your learning
content.

New Cloud Logon – Expected Results

My Learning Content:
1. On the ‘My Learning Content’ page users will be able to see information
for their Private Edition and any other information or other Edition under
that same S-user account they now login with.

2. Courses you previously had in your ‘My Active Courses’ section will be
saved and ready to use.

3. Your ‘Learning History’ will remain intact with the record of your
completed Private Edition courses.

4. You will still be able to access any ‘Learning Room’ memberships you
previously had, though you may need to accept Terms and Conditions
again before entering a room. Any past history, ie: questions, blogs, …,
you posted will be viewable as a historic record still in the Learning
Room.
