(Application for BIR printing of receipts and ORUS registration)

THAT during the special meeting by the Board of Directors of the

Corporation held last 03/05/2024 where a quorum was present and
acted all throughout, the Board of Directors, by unanimous vote,
resolved and approved the ORUS registration of the Corporation and
application for printing of invoices, processing of Authority to Print,
printer certificate of delivery of receipts and/or invoice, and sworn
statement for printing of receipt/invoices.

1. RESOLVED further that MS. SHEILA MAY DEMIAR is empowered to represent

the corporation and act for it in the application for BIR printing of receipts and ORUS
registration.

The foregoing Resolution is valid and existing, until withdrawn revoked or

modified by the Corporation.
