Project Title: REVIEW THE FOUNDATION AND BASICS

II. Rationale:
Every learning starts with a basic which will be a good foundation for the complex learning. Students are
struggling to adapt the full face to face learning especially in accounting subjects due to weak learning on
its basics and fundamentals. This learning gap is cause by the online classes during the pandemic.
Fundamentals, basics concepts and conceptual framework is very important in studying accounting in
order to keep up to the complex accounting subjects.
A review session will conduct in Our Lady of the Pillar College-Cauayan. Students should know the
specific recognition, measurements, presentation and disclosure for each account. To master this, the
reviewees will focus on these topics and after discussing it, they will give problems to be answered by the
students. Through this project, students will master the specific recognition, measurements, presentation
and disclosure for each account. This will help them to be more competitive and comfortable in complex
topics and problems that may occur as they continue their studies.
Reviewees will also provide learning materials that may use by the students as a basis on their accounting
subjects. Also, the reviewees will conduct some evaluations after specific topic and the students who will
be top will be given simple reward. This is a simple way to attract students to join the given activity.
III. Objectives:
A. In order for the students to master the basics and fundamental concepts of accounting.
B. To give students advance basic knowledges in some topics of the accounting subjects so that it
will not difficult to them to keep up on accounting topics.
C. To give students strategies, techniques and approaches in solving accounting problems.
