The Dubai Health Authority extends its sincere
appreciation for the continuous cooperation of its strategic
partners in the health sector who are dedicated in
providing integrated health care and improving the quality
of health care services in the Emirate of Dubai.
Hence, and based on the jurisdiction and scope of DHA
competencies, and to maintain patient safety in health
facilities, and in line with the precautionary and preventive
measures taken by the United Arab Emirates in general and
the Emirate of Dubai in particular, we hereby enclose a copy of
the policy of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Healthcare
Services Policy in the Emirate of Dubai; Approved by the
Dubai Health Authority. Please review and take the necessary
action towards complying with the regulations and provisions
contained therein.
