> Cancellation 7 (Seven) days or more - No charges.

> Less than 7 (Seven) days, but more than 3 (Three) days - First night room will be charged.
> 3(Three) days or less - Full booking charge.
> 100% will be charged for no-show.
> Within 15 (Fifteen) working days, your advance money will be refunded to your bank account.

Breakfast & Child Policy:

> Maximum 2 Adults are entitling for Complimentary Breakfast against room rate.
> Maximum 2 children bellow 5 Years can stay in room with parents and can enjoy the Complimentary Breakfast with parents.
> Extra child (from 5 to 10years) breakfast charge will be BDT 500 per day and Adult (more than 10years) should take an Extra
