i) Historical sites are places where the remains of past human
activities and culture are found. Example of historical sites found in
Tanzania are Isimila, Kondoa Irangi and Olduvai Gorge.

ii) Survival for the fittest – is the situation when individuals born only the
strong live/survive while the weak ones dies or perish. This concept
was given by Charles Darwin on his explanation of evolution theory.

iii) Flaking – this was the process of breaking small sharp pieces of
stones from hard bigger rocks.

iv) Archives – are places where documents and old written records are
kept. These documents may come from individual, public and
private institutions.
