Student Success Manager (SSM) Work Plan for

Summer Holiday

Due to the winter and summer vacations in the cooperating


universities, the student success management team does not have teaching
assistance work. Therefore, PDA assessment cannot be adapted to special
periods. With the adjustment of the company's strategy, we need each
employee to leverage their strengths. Based on the principle of "people-
oriented", the company successfully manages a team for all students and
voluntarily chooses to take leave or work during the summer vacation.
The specific tasks are as follows:

A. Participate in the sales plan of the BD team

1. Task selection A: Participate in the sales plan for Red Hat

RHCSA&RHCE
The goal of this plan is to have telephone communication with NIIT
graduates and invite them to participate in NIIT's alumni association.
Students are required to add a sales manager's enterprise WeChat account,
and then complete RHCSA&RHCE sales through the company's unified
sales activities.
Specific implementation work: Graduate telemarketing
Goal: Contact at least 20 graduates every day and successfully add 10
students to the enterprise WeChat account.
Requirement: Record detailed information for each call, including
student name, major, contact information, and feedback.

2. Task selection B: Enterprise telephone communication


This project involves searching for corporate recruitment information on
major recruitment websites and contacting relevant personnel to complete
the collection of corporate employment requirements and input them into
the TPaaS system; Explore the training needs of enterprises and invite
them to participate in sales meetings with sales managers.
Specific implementation: Collect enterprise information and conduct
telephone communication with enterprises
Goal: Ensure to collect and record 5 companies with real employment
needs every day.
Requirement: Record in detail the company name, contact person,
required position, number of required personnel, and other information,
and input them into the TPaaS system.

3. Workflow
Preparation phase
-Collect contact information between target graduates and
companies.
-Prepare telephone marketing scripts and corporate
communication templates.
Execution phase
-Conduct telemarketing every morning from 9:00 to 11:30.
-Daily telephone communication from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Record and feedback
-Record relevant information immediately after completing the
call.
-Before the end of each day, team members are required to submit
a summary of their work for the day.

4. Supervision and evaluation


-Regularly check the information entered in the TPaaS system to
ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
-Conduct a weekly team meeting to discuss work progress and any
issues encountered.

5. Tools and Resources


-Ensure that each team member has access to the TPaaS system.
-Provide necessary training and guidance to help team members
become familiar with workflow and system operations.

B. Project application and faculty selection

Declaration process and timeline:

1、 Qualified students can successfully submit their application to the

project manager of their respective institution.

Application deadline: July 11, 2024

C. Choose a vacation plan

In order to demonstrate the humanized management of the company, if a

student manager has a vacation plan, they can apply to their supervisor

and the company. The student success manager will not be assigned any

other related tasks by the company during the summer, except for

completing the necessary tasks in their job. Student success managers

need to apply for leave on the iniitian system, but the company does not

provide performance-based pay for student success managers during their

leave period (excluding paid annual leave).
