TO 2ND MOTION FOR EXECUTION

COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel for HAZEL JADE SUBO BIBA and to
this Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges, THAT:

1. HAZEL JADE SUBO BIBA, received last March 7, 2024 the “2nd Motion For
Execution” filed by petitioner’s counsel;

2. HAZEL JADE SUBO BIBA, last February 21, 2024, filed a

Motion/Manifestation seeking for a clarificatory order, a copy of which was
furnished to petitioner’s counsel by registered mail with return card last February 21,
2024;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it respectfully prayed of the Honorable

Court to DENY, the “2nd Motion For Execution” pending the resolution of the motion for
clarificatory order filed by HAZEL JADE SUBO BIBA.

Other reliefs and remedies are also prayed for.
