Announcement of online Counseling Round-Stage-3

for
CIWGC, OCI/PIO/FN and NRI

Instructions for Admission through Counseling to First Year of Under Graduate Technical
Courses in Engineering and Technology for CIWGC, OCI/PIO/FN and NRI Candidates at
College of Engineering Pune [COEP] for the Academic Year2021-22

For all B. Tech. programmes:

Only those candidates, who have registered and confirmed online through CET portal and verified their
applications as per MH CET Cell notification before last cut off date are eligible for counseling round.

Submission of scanned copy of option form for stage 3-round through E-Mail only.

Activity schedule is as per Table 1.

Vacant Seats available for stage 3-round for Admission to First Year of Under Graduate Technical
programmes in Engineering and Technology for CIWGC, OCI/PIO/FN and NRI Candidates at COEP for
the Academic Year 2021-22 are depicted in Table 2.

Stage III- After stage 2 the vacant seats in all categories will be clubbed and combined round
will be conducted for NRI / OCI / PIO / Foreign National Candidates / CIWGC candidates as per
inter-se merit. Seat falling vacant after stage 3 being supernumerary in nature for identified
categories (CIWGC and OCI/PIO/FN/NRI) they will continue to remain vacant. These vacant
seats may be filled as per above procedure in next round as per notification on institute website
www.coep.org.in

Institute Admission Fee: Institute admission Fee Structure AY 2021-22 is as per Table 3.
Institute admission Fee Structure AY 2021-22 is available on institute website also
www.coep.org.in
The candidates who have reported at institute for admission and paid the requisite fees are not
required to pay the fee.
In case of cancelation of confirmed admission at later stage, Institute admission fees paid by the
candidate will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Option form Seat Allotment is as per Annexure – II-C (PART A for the candidate who have
applied in both CIWGC AND NRI Category. ) and Annexure – II-C ( PART B the candidate who
have applied in CIWGC, OCI/PIO/FN and NRI Category only)
