Join the Virtual New Employee Onboarding session using your Android or Apple devices

• Joining through your Android device

1. Check your email client app inbox or calendar for VNEO Invitation

2. Select “Join Meeting”

3. Select “Get App” (Opens Play Store)

4. Download MS Teams app (select update if prompted in Play Store)

5. Install MS Teams app

6. Open MS Teams

7. Select “More” or Calendar from Menu

8. Find and select VNEO Appointment, click “Join”

9. Focus and engage in the session.

• Joining thru your Apple device

1. Download MS Teams from the App Store

2. Once downloaded, go back to the calendar invite and click the “Click here to join the
meeting.” Do not create account yet.

3. Click Join as Guest

4. Indicate your complete name starting with your last name, and then first name

5. Click Join Meeting
