Qualifications:
 Experience designing and developing complex software systems from scratch, using microservices.
 Experience in AWS and Azure clouds apps development
 Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
 Microservices development expertise with .NET stack.
 Experience developing distributed applications using messaging patterns and queuing technologies line
NServicesBus, Mass Transit, AWS MQ or Azure Service Bus.
 10+ years of hands-on experience developing .NET-based application in C#
 5+ years architecting, implementing distributed systems.
 Relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MYSQL, etc.)
 Experience supporting and managing teams.
 IT Infrastructure knowledge
 Familiar with Payment Process (online and offline) – How business complete credit cards and debit card
transactions. Acquiring-Processors, Gateways, Card Networks.
 In-depth knowledge in information system and ability to identify, apply and implement IT best practice.
 Must be proficient in English. Ability to lead meetings and communications with stakeholders.
About the job

As a Sr. Net Architect on the Fintech team, you will be responsible to lead and performs architecture, system
design, and development efforts such as analysis, design, coding/creating, and testing. You will oversee and
understand the requirements from the customer or stakeholder and the business rules in order to implement
those requirements into a solution. You will have to plan, estimate, track and demoing activates of the team.
You will lead the development team into accomplishing the project.

Fintech team is dedicated to building a better end to end payments capability that will support the current
flex card program, filter spend, simplify merchant integrations as the point of sale but also for web and
mobile marketplaces. The capabilities of the payment capabilities should then be able to extend various
other medical claims processes now and in the future. You will work with developers on open source project
and technologies that will allow us to be build platforms at scale as well as benefit from the latest
innovations in speed, simplicity and security.

Responsibilities

 Leads and performs architecture, system design, and development efforts such as analysis, design,
coding/creating, and testing.
 Participates in testing, implementation, maintenance, and escalated support of most complex
solutions.
 Ensures adherence to company and industry standards.
 Provides technical consultation on extremely challenging or unusual situations.
 Participate in planning, estimation, tracking activities.
 Performs code reviews and testing activities to move high quality code from dev to production
environments.
 Devices or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment
capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
 Responsible for development and developing automated tests and supporting integration and
functional testing.

 Develops code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the customer or stakeholder.
