Why do we need a When does space
sense of place? become a place?

WIP
Our perception of what space means to us stimulate a sense of place.

Our sense of place comes from both a practical and deep interpretation of space
relating to our cultural background and the influence of time upon our
perception of that space.

SHARING FIELD EXPERIENCES

placemaking is an iterative process involving a back-and-forth

exchange of ideas and adjustments. Because design is
subjective, it is advisable to employ Low-Cost Quick Changes –
LIGHTER/QUICKER/CHAEPER (LQC) and Tactical approaches.
These approaches allow for rapid adjustments and
adaptations to the design. By doing so, the place would give
immediately response and users can provide feedback on the
design quickly, which in turn helps determine its success.

In essence, the process suggest - the importance of involving

users and continuously refining the design based on their
feedback to create successful and user-friendly, inclusive
spaces and let them develop in memorable places.
