Nostalgia Hunt

In the vibrant digital age, reels have emerged as a dynamic medium for the younger generation to showcase
their creativity and set trends on social media. Recognizing the incredible potential of our students,
Brainware University is thrilled to announce the most anticipated event of the year - "Nostalgia Hunt," a
reel-making extravaganza with the captivating theme of "My University."

This event would provide a unique platform for our students to unleash their creative prowess and
collectively celebrate the spirit of our alma mater. We invite all interested students to partake in this
exciting venture by registering for the event using the below link. Last Date of Registration: 27th January
2024 (Saturday)

Guidelines for Nostalgia Hunt - Reel Making Event:

To ensure a fair and enjoyable participation experience, participants are required to adhere to the following
guidelines:

· Participants must be a regular student of Brainware University.

· Reels must be original creations. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

· The duration of each reel should not exceed 90 seconds.

· Reels should encompass memories related to Brainware University, such as photos/videos from theory
and practical classes, educational trips/tours, intra and inter-university student activities, etc.

· Both audio and visuals used in the reels should uphold the dignity of the university and its stakeholders.

· Students are encouraged to use a mix of original images, short videos, and music. All content must be
original or obtained from copyright-free sources.

· Avoid using offensive language, name-calling, derogatory remarks, or foul words towards any
individual or community.

· Reels can be submitted in English, Hindi, or Bengali. It is preferable to choose any one medium of
language for the reel-making process.

· Each participant is allowed to submit only one reel. Any attempt at a second entry will lead to
disqualification.

· Reels should be created in a vertical (portrait mode) format, not horizontally (landscape form). The
format should be MP4.

· The last date for submitting reels is 27th January 2024, on or before 5:00 PM.
· Participants are required to submit their reels via the prescribed Google Form. The file name for videos
should be “Name_Department_Student Code.”

· Participants should refrain from adding any text within the reels.

· MAR points will be credited to all participants who submit proper reels within the specified submission
date.

· Participants are not entitled to publish the reels without the consent of the university authority.

We encourage all participants to embrace creativity while adhering to these guidelines.
