IMPORTANCE OF WATER PROOFING

Waterproofing is of utmost importance for various

reasons. Here are a few key points on the
significance of waterproofing:

Protection against water damage: Waterproofing

helps prevent water intrusion and protects structures
from the damaging effects of moisture. Water
leakage can lead to deterioration, rot, mold growth,
and structural issues in buildings. Adequate
waterproofing ensures the longevity and durability of
structures.
SCOPE OF WORK

LIGHT WEIGHT FOAM CONCRETE

Lightweight foam concrete is a type of concrete that is

lightweight yet has good insulation properties. It is made
by mixing a cementitious material, such as Portland
cement or fly ash, with a foaming agent and water.

advantage of foam concrete is its insulation

properties. The air bubbles within the concrete act
as insulation, reducing heat transfer and improving
energy efficiency. This makes it a suitable material
for buildings in both cold and hot climates.

POLYURETHANE
SPRAY FOAM

Polyurethane spray foam insulation is a type of

insulation material that is commonly used to seal and
insulate buildings. It is a two-component system that
consists of an isocyanate component and a polyol resin
component. When these two components are mixed
together and sprayed onto a surface, they expand and
form a hardened foam that provides excellent
insulation properties.

Polyurethane spray foam insulation has several

advantages over other types of insulation materials. It
has a high R-value, which measures its thermal
resistance, meaning it can effectively prevent heat
transfer and improve energy efficiency. It also has the
ability to fill gaps and air leaks, creating an airtight
seal that helps to prevent drafts, reduce noise
transmission, and improve indoor air quality by keeping
out pollutants.

BITUMEN ROLL MEMBRANE
INSULATION

Bitumen roll membrane insulation is a type of waterproofing

and insulation material commonly used in construction
projects. It is made from a combination of bitumen, a sticky
and viscous substance, and various reinforcement materials
like fiberglass or polyester.

Bitumen roll membrane insulation is typically applied to roofs,

walls, or foundations to provide protection against water
infiltration and to improve thermal insulation properties. The
rolls are laid out and bonded to the surface using an adhesive,
heat, or pressure to ensure a secure and durable installation.

Bitumen roll membrane insulation is designed

to be highly resistant against the effects of
aging, weathering, and physical stresses.
5. Fire resistance: Certain types of bitumen
membranes possess fire-resistant properties,
contributing to the overall safety of the
building.
POLYUREA

Polyurea is formed by reaction of diisocyanates and diamines,

and
it is one of the toughest synthetic polymer materials
Polyurea have very low water permeability, which makes
these
resins ideal for moisture barrier applications. The most
important
application are industrial spray coatings and elastomers used
in
severe environments including exposure to hydrocarbons, salt
water, diluted acids and bases, motor oils, and hydrogen
sulfide
gas. However, long term exposure to these chemicals may
affect
the performance and should be first tested. Most of the
formulated
polyurea spray coatings provide very fast cure even at
temperature
extremes of about 0°F and up to +250°-300°F.
POLYUREA
WET AREA WATER PROOFING

Wet area waterproofing refers to the process of

protecting areas in the home that are constantly
exposed to water, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and
laundry rooms, from water damage. It involves using
various waterproofing techniques and materials to
create a barrier that prevents water penetration and
keeps these areas dry. Proper wet area waterproofing is
essential to prevent water leaks, mold growth, and
structural damage.

To prevent water infiltration and damage, it is

essential to use waterproofing products in
conjunction with cementitious materials. This
may include applying a waterproofing membrane
or coating to the surface or adding
waterproofing additives to the cement mix.
CEMENTITIOUS COATING
EPOXY
Epoxy is a type of thermosetting polymer that is created
through the chemical reaction between an epoxy resin and
a hardening agent. It is commonly used as an adhesive,
coating, or a structural material due to its excellent
bonding properties, strength, and resistance to heat,
chemicals, and moisture. Epoxy can be found in various
forms, such as liquid, paste, or solid, and is used in a
range of applications, including construction, bathrooms,
balconies, and kitchens

Epoxy coatings are used because they offer

outstanding chemical and water resistance, are
extremely durable and have excellent adhesion to
a variety of substrates. They are two-pack paints
which mean they consist of two components (a
base and a curing agent) which must be mixed
together in the right ratios prior to application.
This is suitable for potable water tanks, sewage
water tank & swimming pools.
SELF LEVELLING EPOXY

Self-leveling epoxy is applied

over new, old, cracked, or damaged concrete floors to
create a
smooth, seamless, durable, and low maintenance flooring
surface.
The self-leveling system is also available in a variety of
colors.
Colors are used to make decorative designs, denote
traffic patterns,
or highlight work zones in industrial settings. This system
is used
when you need aesthetic appeal and/or abrasion,
chemical, heat or
slip resistance.
•Where we’ve used it: manufacturing facilities,
warehouses,
showrooms, commercial garages, kitchens, aircraft
hangars, athletic
facilities, and more.

PVC MEMBRANE

PVC Membrane material. This is a common

roofing material that is made from
polyvinylchloride. It is primarily used to
waterproof roofs. You’ll find that there is a lot of
perks associated with PVC waterproofing. For
starters, it’s water resistant. You can guarantee
that it is going to keep the water out. It is also
vapor permeable and this will prove to be a big
benefit. This type of waterproofing material is
going to feature a reinforcing base. The base is
normally made of glass fiber or polyester mesh.
While it is mainly used for roofs, it’s also
commonly used for tunnels, swimming pools,
and underground structures.
PVC MEMBRANE
EPDM INSTALLATION
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) is a
synthetic rubber used in various applications,
including waterproofing. EPDM waterproofing is a
system commonly used for roofs, foundation walls,
ponds, and other surfaces that need protection from
water.

EPDM waterproofing membranes are highly

durable and resistant to UV radiation,
temperature extremes, and weathering. They can
be installed by adhering the membrane to the
surface or by using mechanical fasteners or
ballast. These membranes provide a seamless and
watertight barrier, preventing water penetration
and protecting the underlying structures from
damage.

EPDM waterproofing is popular due to its longevity,

flexibility, and ease of installation. It is commonly
used in both residential and commercial
construction projects.

Pavement marking

Thermoplastic marking which is

widely used in highway and street
construction. White
and yellow are the most common color
used in
thermoplastic marking projects. Both
white and yellow
thermoplastic road marking paints are
renowned for
strict quality control and competitive
price. Paint in
different standards and color are also
available to meet
the different construction needs.

INJECTION WORK

While concrete cracks appear to be typical, it is not

recommended that
they remain ignored. Most homeowners best
identify concrete cracks in their basement, either on the
foundation wall or
on the floor. They may also recognize cracks
on the garage floor, patio or in-ground pool.
These cracks typically due to drying shrinkage, thermal
movement or other
causes usually are minor and result in few
problems. More often than not, a foundation crack will
widen over time
and result in water seepage or possibly the loss of
structural integrity. Foundation and slab cracks are not
only an eyesore,
but they may hinder the value of the home.
Fortunately, there is an easy way to permanently repair
such cracks
without the need for costly and disruptive excavation
or drain tile. Poured foundation cracks may be repaired
by using low-
pressure injection of an epoxy or polyurethane foam
material. For the repair of concrete floor cracks, certain
epoxies
