Dear Sir

Thank you very much for your keen interest shown in our products & for inviting us
to quote our best prices regarding the above mention subject, We are pleased to
quote our best prices along with General terms and Conditions given below for your ready
reference.

Terms & conditions:

01. Rates quoted are exclusive of local Taxes, etc..

02. GST 18% or as applicable at the time of dispatch would be levied wef 1 July 2017 as per Govt. notification.
03. The prices mentioned in the quotation will be valid for 30days.
04. Please verify your billing address & delivery address.
05. Delivery status of products will be given after confirmation of order.
06. This order is confirmed only after a PO is received from you or a written / emailed signed confirmation by you.
This has to be accompanied by an advance payment.
07. A minimum advance of 70% is required via cheque in the name of “Acquaviva India Pvt. Ltd.” to confirm your order.
20% payment to be paid at arrival of goods at the our Warehouse balance 10% to be paid prior to delivery.
08. No return or exchange policy exists in this case as goods are procured on clients specifications.
There will be cancellation charges of 50% against the order that has already been confirmed.
09. Inspection of material is done at the site of delivery. Client or client’s representative is expected
to check the material carefully & then sign the bill/receipt Chalan.
10. Company will not be responsible for any of the breakages after the products have been checked /
accepted and the bill has been signed by the client or the client’s representative.
11. Ordered goods once received from the port cannot be warehoused with us for more than 2 weeks.
12. Freight and Octroi will be extra as per actual along with valid road permit.

Plumbing:

01. Kindly note that we provide only plumbing assistance and do not undertake any contract for installation of the products.
02. The pre-installation plumbing assistance will be free of cost.
03. All subsequent visits of the technician will be on chargeable basis.
