SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JUPITER P. PESQUERA, of legal age, Filipino, married to Arceli B. Pesquera

and a resident of Phase 10, Deca Homes, Barangay Tacunan, Mintal, Davao City, have
named, constituted and appointed as by these presents do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
and APPOINT SANDRA P. ELORDE, of legal age, Filipino, married to Edgar Elorde and a
resident of Phase 9B Blk 29 Lot 7 Deca Homes, Barangay Tacunan, Mintal, Davao City;
ROSAMIL P. HERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino, married to Renato C. Hernandez and a
resident of Landmark 3, 66 Bougainvilla Street, Sasa, Davao City, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform any and all of
the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To negotiate, enter into an agreement and execute and sign the Extrajudicial
Settlement of Estate of Laureano Pesquera;
2. To negotiate, enter into an agreement and execute Deed of Donation in
compliance with the Last Will and Testament of the late Laureano Pesquera;
3. To sign and execute any, papers and/or documents necessary to carry out the
foregoing functions.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact power and

authority to do and perform any act and things of whatsoever kind and nature necessary or
requisite to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do or personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
Attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done by virtue of these present.
