following section to determine the degree of installation support required.

Establish TT2000 Version

The TT2000 version should be on the label of Disk 3 or in the Disk 3 media. If the 4 disks cannot
be located, then perform the following to establish the date of the TT2000.EXE

1. From the running TT2000 system, Hit the ESC key, select System Manager.
2. Enter the password and exit to DOS.
3. Enter “DIR C:\MAIN\TT2000.EXE”
4. Check to see if the date is 08-20-1996 or later. If so, onsite upgrade is possible.

The following systems cannot be upgraded onsite to the TT2000DM:

1. Multi-Unit systems
2. Systems with the remote option
3. TT2000 versions prior to G0
4. Systems with EGA graphics

In such cases where onsite upgrade is not possible, additional conversion by way of San Diego’s
engineering staff will be required.
