A dynamic professional experience with 5 years in the area of Assets & Wealth
Management operations(Global Account Maintenance – Team is responsible to on –
board client and various JPMC platforms.)
It is also responsible for maintenance on existing client setups such as online access,
address changing creation of identifiers, setup of KYC attributes such as large address of
client, maintenance of account statement, setup of TAX statement such as 1099, etc.
Core knowledge in Morgan Online net banking sector – bank office operations.

CURRENT PROCESS MORGAN ONLINE:


Morgan Online plays a major role in net banking where we enable the UHNW
&HNW clients’ accounts to make all kinds of transaction like Donor advised Fund,
Performance Reporting etc.
We make the changes on statement preference of the client to paper statement or U.S
Mail as per the client preference
Provide online trading access to client using MARCOM Application
Setting up Online profile for the client to carry on online transaction.
Worked on Digital OJT – PPT and Scripts.
Also involved in connect testing and also became point for contact for Connect.
Have a depth Knowledge of Jira.
Along with Morgan online team also got cross trained in CI maintenance where the
maintenance is done for title change and ownership change on the account.
Also Supported AddressInitiationTeam for 4 months which is primarily responsible to
initiate address change ticket on behalf of client service team.
We do maintain address profiles for all the High Net worth & Ultra High Net worth
clients, maintaining their statement & make sure all their bank are sent to their
respective address.
Maintenance on client accounts as per request on multiple client requirements and
corrections of statements.
Doing necessary KYC checks to ensure the authentication of client requirements and
correction of norms.
100% adherence to procedures to ensure that there is not bad client experience.
Ensure timely follow – ups on the pending/ageing requests, if any by the team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Experiencing contributing towards intense collaboration, passionate customer focus,

I am handling entire queue and urgent request single handily and also providing the
coverage till the cut off.
Ensured the Service Level Agreement is met.
Trained onshore people in perspective of BCP.
Ensured maintenance of monthly Deck and RCSA are done on the timely basis
Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication and organizational skills
with proven abilities in managing training and leading teams for running successful
process operation.
Conducting calls on daily basis.
As the Quality Assurance ensure to review the processed data.
Provide the data for internal use as and when required.
Conducting Error analysis for the production team.
Ensure the quality is met and ensure the customer impact matrix is analysed.
Ensure that all request are completed by the team before cut off and there is no SLA
miss.
Ability to identify all miscellaneous request related to the process and assist the team
with research and investigation as required.
Along with BAU have also worked on others reports for team on time.
