Duties and Responsibilities

1. Essential duties: Maintain stock

Taks: Check and ensure adequate inventory for store operations for everyday, and fill enough items

and quantity of inventory to avoid expiration and shortage of goods.

2. Essential duties: Customer Care and Resolution

Task: Resolve customer complaints and unexpected situations that occur during the shift effectively
to ensure their satisfaction with the product or service provided. This includes promptly resolving
issues raised by customers, empathizing with their concerns, investigating the root cause of the
problem, and providing appropriate solutions or compensation where necessary.
