The main responsibility of a shift supervisor is to supervise the store operations during his/her
shift according to the company's standards. Shift supervisor will be responsible for staff
management, customer service, product quality, and raw materials. At the same time, shift
supervisors will flexibly handle situations that occur in the store to be able to bring the best
experience to customers.
During peak times, shift supervisors have to be responsible for allocating work to employees
to ensure tasks are completed on time. Prioritizing order completion so that customers do not
have to wait too long to provide the best customer experience.
2. Team Management:

How many team members are managed will depend on the business situation of the store. On
weekdays, the shift manager will manage about 2 people. Especially during peak times such

customers.
