3. Work location: Office-based or home-based working

4. Work timings: US dayshift i.e., Indian night shift

5. Qualifications and skillsets needed:


a. BDS/BPharma/BAMS/BHMS/BSc. Nursing/BSc with minimum 4 years of
experience in medical scribing and should have worked as a training specialist or
a quality specialist.
b. Should have worked for multiple providers, on different specialties and electronic
medical records (EMRs).
c. Should have basic knowledge of medical coding
d. Should be able to run remedial training programs and provide effective coaching
to scribes.
e. Prior experience in interacting with US client’s compulsory.
f. Excellent verbal and written skills needed.
g. Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
h. Capability to work independently and in collaboration with others to complete
work and meet the requirements of the client
i. Flexible to work in any shifts. Working in extensive shifts is required to meet
client’s expectation.

6. Essential Duties and Responsibilities


a. Identify service quality gaps, recommend corrective measures, and handle
performance improvement management. Conduct regular quality checks and
share quality scores on a regular basis. Provide a written/subjective

comment/feedback to be shared with scribes.
b. Capture and document "communication" aspect of quality. Example:
Provider noticed longer duration of dead air after calling scribe name twice,
slow response, etc. Provider struggles to understand scribe question or
statement. Scribe having hard time understanding provider’s questions,
asking provider to repeat same thing repeatedly.
c. Compiles grading data and prepares regular and ad hoc reports and
presentations. Distributes project reports and documents as directed.
d. Tracks and reports on performance improvement status and progress.
Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure that the performance improvement
plan is on track with determined timelines. Acts as a liaison and resource for
multidisciplinary team members.
e. Engage and evoke response from clients to receive feedback about quality of
service provided. Communicates to client groups and stakeholders and
responds to requests for data and information.
f. Schedules and coordinates project team meetings. Prepares agenda,
materials, presentations, and necessary equipment. Records and distributes
minutes or notes and follow up actions. Follows up with team members to
ensure actions are completed according to the timeline.

7. Infrastructure requirement for applicants opting for home-based employment:


a. A silent area to work with ergonomic chair and table.
b. A dedicated computer exclusively for work (preferably laptop as it will have its
own battery too) and additional monitor for dual display. Dual monitors is a must.
Please be aware that we will be installing DLP software which will NOT allow you to
install any software of your choice, including connecting to your printer.
c. Spike buster for with about 4 or more ports (to connect system, additional
monitor, router to the UPS).
d. Router to be placed close to the system and we recommend hardwire
connectivity (we recommend 50 Mbps speed).
e. The connection of the internet to be dedicated to work purpose only and not to be
connected via the shared connections (i.e. PG internet connection or shared
between multiple users).
f. Online UPS with at least 2 hours of power backup, powering the computer as
well as the internet router ensuring there is no downtime during power failures.
g. The operating system to be Window-11 Professional (with patches updated).
h. Minimum system hardware – i3 processor, 8GB RAM and 250GB HDD.
i. Licensed Microsoft office (at least MS Word and MS Excel).
j. Licensed antivirus.

k. Good quality professional headphone.
l. An internet dongle from any ISP in case of primary internet failure.
m. Copy of the Broadband Internet Bill to be produced when opting for home-based.

1. Medical insurance coverage is for self, spouse, and a maximum of 2 children under
25 years of age. This component cannot be reimbursed.
2. Accident insurance worth 5X annual CTC of the employee.
3. Office-based employees shall be eligible for complimentary canteen facilities. Cost
of this facility is NOT shown under CTC for office-based employees.
4. Cab facility: -
(i) Every office-based employee is eligible for company transportation.
(ii) Rs. 2000 shall be reimbursed to male employees who opt for their own
transportation when working from office.
(iii) Female employees with their own car or female employees whose spouse
is also working with us and have their own vehicle only can opt for own
transportation and will be eligible for Rs. 2000 as transport
reimbursement.
(iv) Cost of this facility is NOT shown under CTC for office-based employees.
