RESOLUTION NO. 001

SERIES OF 2024

The presiding officer presented to the body for consideration and appropriate action the need to prepare
20% development fund for FY 2024 with an estimated amount of P 896,742.80 and prepared pursuant to the
provision of section 384 of R.A. 7160 at the Local Government Code.

After due deliveration and consideration on the matter on motion made by Kagawad TEODY S. DAGALEA
and duly seconded by Kagawad LEILA G. ABELIDO, it was;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to approve the 20% development fund in the amount of P 896,742.80
for the following items.

20% Development Fund

Road Networks
Construction/Improvement/Rehabilitation
of Road at Calabasa P 896,742.00

Total 20% Development Fund Road Networks P 896,742.00

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward copies of this Resolution to the City Planning Office and City Budget
Office to Review and Appropriate action.
