Instructions for importing into Goodnotes (If Applicable)
Uploading a digital notebook into GoodNotes involves several steps. GoodNotes is a popular note-taking app for iOS devices that allows
you to annotate and work with digital documents, including PDFs. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to upload a digital planner into
GoodNotes:
1. Prepare Your Digital notebook:

- Ensure that your digital notebook is in PDF format. GoodNotes primarily works with PDF files for importing and annotation.
- Make sure your digital notebook is saved in a location accessible from your iOS device, such as iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, or
email attachments.
2. Open GoodNotes:
- Launch the GoodNotes app on your iOS device. Make sure you have the latest version of GoodNotes installed from the App Store.
3. Import the notebook:

- Once you're inside the GoodNotes app, navigate to the notebook or folder where you want to import your digital notebook.
4. Import Options:
- To import your notebook, you have a few options:
- **Tap the Plus Icon**: In the upper-right corner of the screen, there is a "+" icon. Tap it, and then select "Import."
- **Drag and Drop**: If you have your notebook file accessible in a split-screen view, you can drag and drop the PDF directly into
GoodNotes.
- **File Browser**: If you have your PDF notebook in a cloud storage service, you can use GoodNotes' built-in file browser to locate

5. Select the notebook File:

Instructions for using the Hyperlinks
All of our digital notebookS are tested in goodnotes before being published. Here are the steps to correctly use it.
To switch from Navigate mode to Writing mode on a digital notebook in GoodNotes:
1. Navigate Mode:
- In Navigate mode, you can interact with hyperlinks and navigate through the document.
- To enter Navigate mode, tap the "Navigate" icon or the "Hand" icon in the top toolbar. This icon usually looks
like a pointing hand.
2. Writing Mode:
- Writing mode allows you to write, draw, and annotate on the document.
- To switch to Writing mode from Navigate mode, tap the "Pen" icon in the top toolbar. This icon usually looks
like a pen or pencil.
Remember, the specific icons and their locations might vary slightly based on the version of GoodNotes you are
using, but the general process involves tapping the appropriate icon in the top toolbar to switch between modes.

Instructions for using the Digital Sticker Book
Using a sticker book in GoodNotes and copying/pasting stickers is a fun and creative way to enhance your digital
planning experience. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Open Your Sticker Book

- Open the GoodNotes app on your device.
- Locate and open the digital notebook or notebook where you want to use the stickers.
- In a separate tab or window, open the sticker book PDF file you'd like to use. This could be a separate GoodNotes
notebook or a PDF file with a collection of stickers.
Step 2: Copy a Sticker

- In the sticker book, select the sticker you want to copy. To do this, tap and hold your stylus or finger on the sticker
until a menu appears.
- From the menu, choose the "Copy" option. This will copy the selected sticker to your device's clipboard.
Step 3: Paste the Sticker

- Go back to your digital notebook or notebook in GoodNotes.
- Find the page or location where you want to place the sticker.
- Tap and hold your stylus or finger on the page until the menu appears.
- From the menu, select the "Paste" option. This will paste the sticker onto your notebook page.
Step 4: Adjust and Resize (If Necessary)

- After pasting the sticker, you can tap and drag it to move it to your desired location on the page.
- You can also use pinch gestures to resize the sticker, making it smaller or larger as needed.
Step 5: Repeating the Process

- To add more stickers, simply repeat steps 2 to 4.
- Copy stickers from your sticker book and paste them onto your notebook pages as you like.
Step 6: Save Your Work

- Don't forget to save your changes if you're using a digital notebook. GoodNotes typically auto-saves your work, but
it's a good practice to manually save when you're done.
By following these steps, you can easily use a sticker book in GoodNotes and copy/paste stickers to decorate your

1. Download the Notebook Cover ZIP File:
2. Unzip the File:

- Extract the contents of the ZIP file to reveal individual cover images.
3. Select Your Desired Cover:

- Browse through the covers and choose the one that suits your style.
4. Replace or Add Cover in GoodNotes:

- To Replace:
- Open your GoodNotes app and navigate to your digital notebook.
- Find the option to change or replace the cover.
- Upload and select the new cover image from the extracted files.
- To Add:
- Open the 'Add' or 'Customize' section in GoodNotes.
- Locate the option to add a new cover.
- Upload and select the desired cover image from the extracted files.
5. Instructions for Other Apps:

- If you're using a different app:
- Refer to the app's settings or customization options.
- Look for features related to changing or adding a cover.
- Upload and select the cover image from the extracted files.
