How To Prevent?
1- If you are inside the home or workplace, you
must remain calm and do not try to panic or
escape from the house, and gather all members
of your family or work staff.
2- One must commit to dropping to the ground
under a sturdy table, for example, or cover the
head and neck, and remain in this position until
the earthquake is over.
3- If you are inside a building during an
earthquake, you must stay there and not go out,
because most injuries occur when people try to
move. You should also stay away from windows
and materials that may fall, and avoid using
elevators and stairs.
4- If you are outside the building during the
occurrence of the earthquake, you must move to
an area far from the buildings, while avoiding
standing under electric wires, light signals, or
anything else that may fall that may harm you.
5- In the event that an earthquake occurs while
you are driving the vehicle, you must hurry to the
side of the road and stop the vehicle while
avoiding lining up under bridges, trees, signs and
power lines that may fall on the vehicle.
6- If you were in bed when the earthquake
occurred, you must remain in your place,
covering your head with a pillow, and you can
move to another safe place only if it is threatened
by any heavy objects falling from above you.
7- If you are inside the elevator during the
earthquake, press all floor buttons on the
elevator panel as soon as it stops.
‫كيف منع تكرار الحادث؟‬
1-‫اذا كنت داخل المنزل او مكان العمل البد ان تلتزم بالهدوء وال تحاول‬
‫الذعر او الهرب من المنزل واجمع جميع افراد اسرتك او طاقم عملك‬.
2-‫يجب االلتزام باالنخفاض ارضا أسفل طاولة متينة مثال او تغطية الراس‬
‫والرقبة والثبات على هذه الوضعية حتى انتهاء الزلزال‬.
3-‫إذا كنت داخل مبني اثناء وقوع الزلزال فيجب عليك البقاء هناك وعدم‬
‫الخروج وذلك الن معظم اإلصابات تحدث عندما يحاول األشخاص الحركة‬
‫كما يجب عليك االبتعاد عن النوافذ والمواد التي قد تسقط وتجنب استخدام‬
‫المصاعد والدرج‬.
4-‫إذا كنت خارج المبني اثناء حدوث الزلزال فيجب عليك االنتقال الي‬
‫منطقة بعيدة عن األبنية مع تجنب الوقوف أسفل اسالك الكهرباء او‬
‫اإلشارات الضوئية او أي شيء اخر قد يسقط قد يؤذيك‬.
5-‫في حال وقوع الزلزال اثناء قيادتك المركبة فيجب عليك اإلسراع الي‬
‫التوجه الي جانب الطريق وإيقاف المركبة مع تجنب االصطفاف أسفل‬
‫الجسور واألشجار والالفتات وخطوط الكهرباء التي قد تسقط على المركبة‬.
6-‫إذا كنت في السرير عند حدوث الزلزال فيجب عليك الثبات في مكانك‬
‫مغطيا راسك بالوسادة وبإمكانك االنتقال الي مكان اخر امن فقط إذا كان‬
‫مهددا بوقوع أي أشياء ثقيلة من فوقك‬.
7-‫إذا كنت داخل المصعد اثناء الزلزال اضغط على جميع ازرار الطوابق‬
‫بلوحة المصعد بمجرد توقفه‬.
8-‫تجنب اشتعال النار او أي شعلة ألنه قد يكون هناك تسريب غاز يؤدي‬
‫الي الحرائق واالنفجارات‬.
9-‫اهتم دائما بطمأنينة وتهدئة االسرة وخاصة األطفال سواء كنت داخل‬
‫المنزل او في أي مكان اخر باي وسيلة‬.
10-)‫في حالة كان الشخص من ذوي الهمم (يستخدمون الكرسي المتحرك‬
‫فيجب عليه االنتقال الي مكان امن مع ضرورة اغالق حركة العجالت بعد‬
‫ذلك وتغطية الرأس والرقبة‬.

8- Avoid igniting a fire or any flame, because

there may be a gas leak that leads to fires and
explosions.

9- Always care about reassuring and calming the

family, especially the children, whether you are
inside the house or anywhere else by any means.
10- In the event that the person is a person of
determination (using a wheelchair), he must move to a
safe place, with the need to close the movement of the
wheels after that and cover the head and neck
