OUR INTENTION:

As the developers of Dope Freshness Slimes, we acknowledge people’s needs and wants to satisfy their
mental and sensory wellbeing. We intend to keep our customers happy by dealing with disorders they may

HOW WILL WE DO THIS?

Well, the answer to that is simple. Dope Freshness’ slimes are not just made to “get over and done with,” in

SHORT-TERM STRATEGIES :

 We wish to sell products our consumers would consider purchasing again

 We would like to create a ton of products that are “out there” for an affordable price to make sure that
everyone who would want our products, have access to it
 A good idea we may have is that we could design products, and have our audience’s opinions on what we
should sell so that our company is more diverse

LONG-TERM STRATEGIES:

 We hope to one day become an international company and not just local, so that our company can reach
more consumers
 To try and collaborate with another company is what we would also like to try
 To get our slimes sold in an actual store or outlet other than having to make and deliver it

COMPETITION (DIRECT)

 Gloop. Our main competition we are mostly focused on. They produce good quality slimes but we
believe we can produce better
 Toy stores such as Toy Kingdom, ToysRUs, Toy Zone etc.

COMPETITION (INDIRECT)

 Supermarkets that sell slime such as PickNPay which sells Gloop’s products. (more Gloop competition).
 Should we start selling internationally we’d have strong competition with many successful slime
business’s such as SnoopSlimes, PeachyBbies etc. But for now, we wouldn’t consider them direct
competition.
 We also have competition with other places that sell low quality slime

COSTING AND PROFIT MARGIN

The cost of materials are relavant but are not low either. Products required to produce slime with a really good
and high quality texture, appearance, scent etc, are not the cheapest. It can however be managed through bulk
purchases, and simplicity of design. The market is of course saturated at present but with correct relationships
with suppliers we are looking to secure reliable and affordable locally based businesses to ensure standards
and quantites are maintained.

DIRECT COST OF MANUFACTURING:
