With reference to your letter dated 5th July, 2024, the above subject matter refers.

We write to acknowledge receipt of your Offer of Contract and do hereby accept the
contract award to Bimu Engineering and Supply Limited Valued at ZMW
325,000.00

We therefore wish to thank the Council for according us this opportunity to work
with you in this development agenda. We further wish to state that we shall furnish
the Council with a Performance Security in accordance with the Conditions of the
Contract.
