Role: Python Data Analyst/Data Scientist - LLM Trainer

We are actively seeking Python Data Analysts & Scientists to join our team dedicated to
enhancing foundational LLM models, and building enterprise GenAI solutions for top notch
Silicon Valley firms and large enterprises. Our clients include US-based leading LLM
foundational model companies who are looking for skilled engineers and problem solvers to
enhance their models’ reasoning and code-generation capabilities.

You will be designing and writing efficient code in Python to solve challenging tasks to answer
questions on real world datasets. You will review, evaluate and rank code and natural language
responses generated by LLMs to a variety of user requests. Your work will involve deep analysis
and the creation of comprehensive, well-articulated explanations for your evaluations,
demonstrating strong English skills and high level of technical ability.

Job Responsibilities:
● Dig into messy real world data, develop hypotheses and conduct data analyses to test
them using Python
● Write effective, high-quality Python data analysis code to train and evaluate AI models.
● Evaluate and rank AI model responses based on user requests across a wide range of
CS topics, providing detailed rationales for your decisions.
● Craft perfect model responses and articulate what constitutes an ideal response.
● Explain your reasoning and logic comprehensively for your evaluations.
● Conduct peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback and criticism.

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics
/ Analytics (or equivalent experience).
● 2+ years of experience of using Python for data analysis.
● Proficiency in data analytics/data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy
● Prior experience with LLMs is not required but interest in working closely with LLMs is a
must.
● Excellent technical writing, conversational English skills.
