Using this for my studio and very satisfied with my purchase. Delivery time was less than 7 working days (delivery to Greece). This monitor
sound
was very easy to set and is very clear. Recommended!

The following is a rough experience of an ordinary audio enthusiast, which audio producers can ignore:
sound
After a simple audition, the middle frequency and high frequency are very satisfactory, the image and transparency are good, and the low
frequency is too general. Although the so-called mid-near field monitoring, the sound pressure is difficult to meet the 25 square meter living
room. A

Not convinced features

I tested these new speakers in the studio (Alhambra Colbert Rochefort) and at home. I was not convinced, I turn them over.
sound

I want to clarify that everything I am going to say is subjective:

The bottom is very precise, light, a bit restrained but effective, the mid and hi-mid are very behind and the tweeter does its job very well. The
sound then seems unbalanced, due to this lack in the mid and to a lesser extent in the low. The result is a somewhat "duck" sound
exaggerating, voices with a cruel lack of bottom, no throat, no heat. It also results in hearing fatigue because after 5k everything comes out.

In addition I do not find at all the mixes of the great standards of my library. I find them hollow, punchis but hollow.

This is my brief analysis. These speakers are not suitable for ME, I will not feel serene throughout the mid part (200-4000).

Thanks for reading me.

Great ! features

I've been thinking about the Adams A77X, Neumann KH310 and these for a while now. I had the opportunity to work on Westlake Reference
sound
Milano and now having a smaller control room I was looking for real 3-way monitors. So after 1 year of research and savings I went to the
LYD48 for my pro studio.

The control being treated completely I appreciated even more the sharpness and the details of the sound that these speakers restore, the
sound is very pure and one does not feel or much less auditory fatigue when working on it,
Frankly I recommend, it's a very good addition, you can hear the bass well, but I still recommend a sub to work in the very low frequencies.
