Boys’ Hostel at VJTI, Matunga, Mumbai. ‘The notice inviting tenders for above work was published on 04.06.2024. The first corrigendum was uploaded on 11" June 2024 and second on 21* June 2024. Sr.No. | Updated Condition/Information/Description 1. | The Successful bidder is required to depute one person at the PG Hostel throughout the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Period of 5 years from the date of completion of this contract. The O&M personnel shall have technical skills (electrical works or mechanical works or carpentry works) and knowledge of ‘Computer operation (MS word, MS excel, Intemet, etc.) and shall be reporting to hostel office on all working days and present from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. The O&M personnel deputed at VITI shall be responsible for registering complaints and getting the complaints resolved in the minimum possible time. The cost of deputation of O&M personnel for 5 Years of DLP should be suitably considered in BOQ while quoting the price for this work. 2. [If the deviations are observed between specification (section-11), drawing (annexure-5) and/or checklist (annexure-6) for any item then the drawings shall be followed for sample submission and bid submission. The Specification and Checklist shall be updated accordingly. 3. | If the deviations are observed between specification (section-I1 and checklist (annexure-6) (for the items drawings are not applicable or provided) then the specification given in “section-11” shall be followed for sample submission as well as bid submission.
