A site inspection is to be conducted as per published inspection schedule. The inspection team should have a minimum of three people, one team member is
to be at Supervisory level or from the HSE support group. The team should inspect the entire operations area, inspecting housekeeping standards and
identifying safety discrepancies at the operations site with a view to rectify them in such a way that HSE standards are complied with. Non conformances are to
be recorded and must be closed out with the relevant closure form. Responsible action parties are to be clearly identified within the action point summary.
