Pakistan. By examining their logistics strategies, we can gain a deeper understanding of supply

Direct Shipping with Milk Run: Direct deliveries are made to multiple customers in a single
route, which helps in minimizing travel distances and time.
All Shipments via Central Distribution Center (DC): Goods are initially shipped to a central
distribution center and then distributed to the end customers.
Shipping via DC using Milk Run: Products are shipped to a central distribution center first and
