PERMISSION TO EXIT AND ENTER UTM (JOHOR BAHRU) CAMPUS FOR PRINCIPAL / FELLOW
/ TENANTS / HEAD OF FAMILY / FAMILY MEMBERS / STUDENTS / SUPPLIERS FOR THE
PURPOSE OF GETTING DAILY NECESSITIES / MEDICAL SUPPLIES / FOR SPECIAL CASES.

Referring to the matter as stated above.

The university has implemented the Pelan Pemulihan Negara (Phase 1) from 27th July to 31st August
2021 to counteract the spread of Covid19 at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai, Johor.

However, we hereby grant special permission to the nominees (See Attachment) to leave and enter
the university campus for the purpose of getting necessary items for family needs. They are allowed
to go out campus based on the date and time scheduled for 2 hours. All students need to drop their
Yellow Movement Card to the security checkpoint upon exiting and entering the university’s campus.

For your information, the above name has been forewarned to be fully responsible to ensure that all
necessary preventive and protective measures are observed and taken while being off campus. The
above name has also been informed that the university must not be held responsible for any risks
associated with the above name while being outside of campus. They are also required to follow the
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while entering university’s campus including wearing a face
mask, keep sanitizing their hands and implement social distancing.
