 Providing individualized support to students. I have a strong ability to identify
student needs through informal assessments and observations, and tailor my approach
to ensure their understanding and progress. This may involve providing one-on-one
instruction, creating differentiated learning materials, or offering positive reinforcement.
 Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. I am a patient,
enthusiastic, and resourceful individual who fosters a love for learning in students by
incorporating fun and interactive activities into the classroom routine.
 Using technology in the classroom. I am proficient in using educational software and
online learning platforms to supplement classroom instruction and make learning more
engaging for students.

In addition to my experience, I possess the following qualifications:

 Fluency in English
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Passion for fostering intercultural understanding and celebrating diversity in the
classroom.

I am particularly drawn to Happy Sunshine Elementary School due to its focus on

creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students. I am confident
that my skills and experience align well with your school's mission, and I am eager to
contribute to the success of your English language program. I am also conversational in
Spanish, which may be helpful in supporting students whose native language is
Spanish.
