Leopards Cash on Delivery
Leopards Cash-On-Delivery services allow you to sell your product all
across Pakistan in over 1400 destinations. Now you can target
customers through the largest courier and logistics network of Pakistan.
It is as simple as signing up for our services, and allowing us to deliver
your products to your targeted customers. We collect your cash from
your customers on your behalf. You will receive your payment within
one payment cycle of a minimized time period.

Why Leopards?
We offer state of the art facilities that allow you maximum flexibility in
managing your shipments. You can use our online booking portal to
enter your product details and customer information, which allows you
to control delivery accuracy. To save time, we also offer API integration
services linked with your online store.

Support Services: We also offer a multitude of support services to make


your Cash-On-Delivery sales smooth and easy. You can save time
through our automated warehousing solutions, or you can hire our team
of I.T. professionals for your website development and maintenance.

Appendix A: Scope of Service


Leopards Courier Services will only accept legal and genuine products to be
distributed through our C.O.D services.

Booking of Shipments: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure


recipient payment at the time of product drop-off and not the responsibility
of your Leopards Courier Services representative. Cheques, P.O., Demand
Draft will not be accepted as modes of payment; only cash payment can be
made. If the recipient fails to produce required cash payment at the time of
delivery, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the
customer. The customer will be responsible for paying any courier charges of
such shipments. In case such a shipment is rebooked for the same recipient,
it will be charging a new airway bill at the time of second booking.

Delivery of Shipments: Delivery of shipments will be arranged within 02


working days after a Leopards Courier Services representative has received
the shipment. Leopards Courier Services will not accept shipments where the
amount to be collected is more than Rs.30, 000 per order. The collection
amount at the time of order delivery will equal the amount indicated on the
C.O.D. stamp.

Reimbursement of Collected Amount: Reimbursement of collected amount


will take place through a formal invoice submitted to Leopards Courier
Services. Leopards Courier Services will reimburse the payment within 15
business days. (If More than 100 shipment per month) If less than 100
parcels then after the completion of month 15 days will be taken for
reimbursement.
Appendix B: Competitive Rates
The following rates will be applicable for the period of 12 Months only from the
date of agreement signed and yearly raise of 10% on provided rates will be
applied.

If flyers are included in shipment PKR 12/small flyer PKR. 17/medium flyer and PKR 22/large
flyer will be charged.
Additional Charges: Return charges NIL, Fuel 30 %, and 13 % GST as per law will be charged
on courier charges.
Please make a note of the following Shipment Handling charges, which apply to all shipments
that are worth more than PKR 3000. Please note that shipments worth more than PKR
30,000/piece will be accepted with handling charges.
Appendix C: Customer Insurance Coverage
Only FIR and covering documents will be provided for insurance purposes.
Leopards Courier Services does not provide insurance coverage unless
purchased separately at the time of booking.
The customer can purchase Transit insurance separately. In case of any
losses the customer can contact the insurance company for coverage.
Leopards Courier Services bears no responsibility for loss/damage of items.
Insurance Coverage for the customer is available if required, for a nominal
fee. A Copy of your NTN /CNIC copy will be required for C.O.D account
activation Weight of Shipment will be calculated based on the following:
Volumetric weight= Length*Width*Height/5000cm
You must provide the exact and actual value of any shipment at the time of
booking

Guidelines to Intimate queries with Cut of Time

Note:
 Shipper needs to mentioned complete and valid shipper address on the AWB so shipments can be
returned back to the actual address. In case the address isn’t valid, then Leopards Courier Service
will not be liable for any wrong returns/LOSS.

 In case of loss/misplacement of mobile phone, shippers need to provide IMEI Number to proceed with claim.

 For any claim processing, Shipper must be provide AWB details, Product actual invoice and claim on company letter
head.

 Claim amount will be settled 80 % of invoice value


Appendix D: Terms and Conditions
The Customer must agree to the following terms and conditions. No agent or employee of Leopards Courier Services,
and no customer may alter or modify these terms and conditions:
The Consignment Note
By signing this contract, the customer agrees to the complete terms and conditions mentioned in this consignment note.
The customer must warrant that he/she is the owner, or the authorized agent of the owner of the goods transported by
Leopards Courier Services, and thus has accepted Leopard Logistics’ terms and conditions on behalf of the owner, or as
an owner, or on behalf of any other person having an interest in the goods being transported.
Customer Obligations and Acknowledgments
The customer warrants that each article in the shipment is properly described in the Leopards Courier Services
consignment note and the shipment details are complete and accurate. The customer must make sure that the
shipment is not declared as an unacceptable item by Leopards Courier Services, and that the shipment is properly
marked and packed to ensure safe transportation within a standard handling environment.
Right of Inspection
Leopards Courier Services has the right, but not the obligation, to inspect any shipment, including opening the
shipment, for any reason and at any time.
Lien of Goods Shipped
Leopards Courier Services shall have a lien on any goods shipped for all freight charges, duties, advances, or any other
charges resulting due to the transportation of the goods. Leopards Courier Services has full legal rights for procession of
the goods until such charges are paid.
Limitation of Liability
Leopards Courier Services will only accept shipments being delivered in Pakistan, in destinations reached by Leopards
Courier Pvt. Ltd. For a complete list of destinations visit leopardscourier.com
The liability of Leopards Courier Services for any loss or damage to the shipment (which includes all documents given to
Leopards Courier Services along with the shipment) is limited to Rs.100/shipment, irrespective of; the amount of loss or
damage to the Document or shipment, of the actual value of the document or shipment as determined under section 6,
of the shipments commercial utility, and of the shipment emotional value to the customer.
Consequential and Special Damage Claims
Leopards Courier Services shall not be liable for any consequential or special damage claims or any other indirect
losses, even if it is assumed Leopards Courier Services had prior knowledge such damages may occur. Damages
include, but are not limited to, loss of income, profit, interest, use of contents and/or loss of market share.
Liabilities Not Assumed
Leopards Courier Services shall not be liable if a shipment is lost or damaged, misrouted, or not delivered due to
circumstances beyond control. These include; Act of God and naturally occurring disasters, “force majeure” such as war,
plane crash, or embargo, or due to any mishaps or national issues effecting Leopards Courier Services. Leopards Courier
Services will not be liable if the customer arranged transportation to any location not regularly served by Leopards
Courier Services, and the shipment could not be delivered. Leopards Courier Services is not responsible for magnetic
energy erasure or any other such damages to electronic or photographic images or recording in any form, or any other
defects which may be part of the shipment, regardless of whether or not Leopards Courier Services had knowledge of
such defects at the time of booking.
Claims any claim must be brought forward by the customer and must be submitted in writing to the Leopards Courier
Express Center location where the shipment was booked, within 30 days. Leopards Courier Services does not maintain
records relevant to a shipment for more than 45 days; therefore, no claim may be made against Leopards Courier
Services outside of this time limit. No claim for loss or damage will be given until all transportation charges have been
paid. The amount of any claim may not be deducted from any transportation charges owed to Leopards Courier
Services.
Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all operations of Leopards Courier Services, and any Leopards Courier Pvt. Ltd. services
being used by the customer, including its affiliated companies, their officers, directors and employees.
Material Not Acceptable for Transportation
Leopards Courier Services will not accept the following as shipments; currency, jewelry, Bullion, Antiques, Liquor,
Stamps, Precious Metals, Precious Stones, Works of Art, Fire Arms, Plants, Drugs, Explosives, Animals, Perishable goods
and items, Negotiable Instruments in bearer form, Lewd Objects, Obscene and Pornographic Material, Industrial Carbons
and Diamonds, hazardous or combustible materials, and all other items/articles restricted by IATA (International Air
Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and any item whose distribution is regulated by
law or by any statute of the Provincial or Federal Government of Pakistan.
Insurance
Leopards Courier Services may arrange insurance on behalf of the shipper upon request; however, insurance is
not included unless otherwise purchased at the time of booking. The insurance coverage shall be governed by all the
terms and conditions contained in the insurance policy issued by the insurance company. Consequential damage or
losses, damage resulting from delay of transportation, or emotional damage claims are not covered by the insurance
policy.

Please note: Leopards Courier Services and Leopards Courier Pvt. Ltd. and its employees, directors, and agents are not
liable for certain losses and damages. Wherever a liability is present, it is strictly restricted to Rs.100/Kg. Therefore,
customers are strongly advised to purchase insurance to protect their shipments.

PVT. LTD. WILL NOT ACCEPT LETTERS AND POST CARDS, AS THEIR TRANSPORTATION IS THE EXCLUSIVE PRIVELEDGE
